P4P is alive and well. The thing about Pres. Duterte is he just doesnt want drugs so as long as you dont have any drugs on you and are your usual careful mongering self, you should be good. but of course P4P is still illegal. They just dont care about it as much.
His home town of Davao way down in mindanao has a famous pickup spot for prostitutes He regularly made spot checks there to see that they were not being harrassed he understands that it is a business and as long as you are being safe about he will not bother you too much. | |
