Bangkok Nataree Massage Parlour Raid
BANGKOK: -- Police, soldiers and public administration officials descended on Nataree Massage Parlour in Rachada Phisek Road Bangkok on Tuesday.
The raid followed complaints of human trafficking violations and other illegal activities at the soapy massage emporium.
They found a total of 100 girls offering sexual services, three of whom were under the age of 18, reported Sanook.
Ten foreigners were found to be working there in breach of regulations. In addition officials found bank statements itemizing possible illegal payments to third parties.
The raid apparently followed three months of preparations and evidence gathering with officers posing as customers.
The operation was shut down on the strength of operating a sex business and employing foreigners, The enquiry will be widened to follow the trail of any illegal payments found in the bank statements. | |
