A worthwhile thread!

I've almost come unstuck a couple of times! For the most part it's great that an iPhone syncs to iPad/iMac but potential for trouble!

I turn the iCloud setting off... I manually sync my phone to computer once certain photos have been deleted - from the photo roll and recently deleted folders as you say.

As for the resizing, I just downloaded an app for the iPhone called SimpleResize.

Very easy to use and free. Upon opening you can select a photo from you library, choose the resize quality, save, and the new down sized image appears in your photo library. Easy!

For ones that I want to keep... Theres various apps, the ones I've used are 'keep safe' and 'photo vault' - you can use a 4 digit pin to access or thumb print on the devices that have this tech.

Hope that helps!
