	PRE-EXPOSURE PROPHYLAXIS (PrEP) This new drug (PrEP) is being heavily promoted by the NYC Health Department (USA). Apparently this drug helps prevent HIV infection for those who are HIV Negative and run the risk of being exposed because of their proximity to those with HIV. This website lists those who should take it : https://www.aids.gov/hiv-aids-ba ... posure-prophylaxis/ I wonder whether anyone in this forum or wgs in Asia have heard of this pill and have started taking it. As it is not a vaccine I worry that too many people may abuse it, leading to a lessening effectiveness of the drug against HIV. Any thoughts?
