batman: If it were meant to be easy, 500K would not be offered. 500K is not the only prize. If 20 is too much, set your target lower - 100K is still the biggest prize offered in the history of this forum. Trust me, if you write 10 reports even without pics, you should earn close to 500K in the process (bonus K + karma from other bros). There will be other games for other months, with different themes.
cass: You would be surprised .... one of our previous reporters from way back did 28 reports one month, followed by 22 the next....his 4 inch raw material was certainly feeling the pinch. 
Treat it as it is - a game. No half glass empty please, and don't over-analyse it. If you have ideas for games for future months, please message me and we might use that idea as well.
