Different Mongering Styles...
I started seeing WGs in the early 1990s, when I was in my late 30s -- but very sporadically. A few years later, my now ex-wife and I had marital issues, and we did a lot of couples therapy. The process was a real eye-opener... Listening to her in that venue made me realize that not only did I not understand women in the slightest, but also that I did not really value them as human beings. At that time, my concept of sex was "what can I get from a girl"...
The couples therapy did improve my interaction with my ex-wife for a while. But the biggest impact it had was that it turned seeing WGs into an entirely different -- and more wonderful -- experience. Whereas sex used to be a confrontational battlefield of sexual give versus take, it became this wonderland of mutual sensual exploration. The only down side is that I became hopelessly addicted to seeing WGs for a decade, which ruined my marriage and caused me to run through almost half a million USD... but I digress...
I'm now 62, an American in Asia. The 60+ members here on this site are a very small (2.3 percent) minority. I don't know whether Westerners are the majority or minority. But my sense is that mongering styles in Asia differ from those in the US. Whereas my mongering friends in the US sought out highly passionate GFE sessions in which they sought to "make love", my sense here is that the Asian style is much more about pounding away and "having sex" with a really attractive young girl.

I've excerpted a number of phrases from the review. I was struck by the fact that his attitude toward sex was very much what I felt when I was young, except with added overtones of dominance and aggression... And while I cannot remember other posts offhand, my sense is that young Asians in general are prone to treating sex as conquest...

"she said was a bit painful in a good way"

My question is this... Is this difference I perceive in mongering styles due to cultural difference or age difference? When I was in the US, there were very few young guys (<35) who were active on the discussion boards. So I am not really aware of what mongering attitudes among young Westerners might be.
I welcome open discussion. I am not trying to infer that any style is better or worse... it's just different...
