I have been visiting this beautiful city quite a few times this year. My company has business in Russia and I go there every 3 or 4 months. When I started visiting I was amazed about the beauty of the girls. Not all of them are cute, but I would say that it is easy to find quite gorgeous ladies pretty everywhere. There are some difficulties, the main one being the language barrier, as I don’t speak any Russian and quite a few can’t speak English. If only I could speak some Russian, I think my chances with civies would be so much better. But don’t be discouraged, still good action. 
To find WG the best option is internet. There are a few sites (see below)

that have a wide selection of WG with plenty of information about what they do and what price. My experience with those sites is as follows; I try to go for profiles whose picture has been verified by administrator and lady speaks English. Picture verification doesn’t mean you will get exactly what you see on the picture (normally face is blurred, so not easy to match exactly), but you probably get someone quite similar, maybe a few extra kg and 2 or 3 years older. Unless you speak Russian, forget about girls who don’t speak English, many will not even answer you when you start talking to them in English, and most don’t accept communication via SMS, so Google translator is not useful. On those sites you can find 2 types of girls, independents and saloon girls. Independents should be freelancers (not always), whereas saloon girls work in what they call saloons, being brothels, in small apartments scattered around town. You can meet the girl in the saloon or their apartment or ask her to come to your hotel which is normally more expensive and some ask for 2 h service minimum.
My experience is that the best option is the salon. Normally the place has 5 to 8 girls to choose, not all cute, but I have always found someone of my liking. If this is not the case you can thank the mamasan and live without any trouble. A few tips about salons; they are apartments in old buildings, in some cases not on main street or with not very clear entry, so when calling, try to get as much information in order to avoid misunderstandings or problems to find them. Don’t be discouraged if mamasan does not speak English, normally she will pass you to one of the WG who can speak English and will explain you how to get there. I recommend you buy a Russian mobile SIM card, as internet roaming is expensive and as you are going to make a few phone calls, with around 200 RUB you get internet and enough credit for those calls.
The exact address of the salon is normally on their sites, so ask street name, number and door. Once there call the intercom and follow instructions to get access. I enclose a few salons, some with address.

My experience is that it is not easy to have BBBJ, some girls (most) refuse, and others ask for extra fee, DFK is not always possible, and girls tend to be cold. I recommend choosing the ones who speak English, as it is easier to get what you want after a bit of conversation to worm up. But is difficult to give advice on this point. Pricing on saloons is from 3000 to 5000 RUB for 1 hour, which I find good. They tend to be strict on timing, but normally you can have 2 shots in one hour if your little bro is ready.  2 hours should be from 6000 to 10000 RUB. Of course, you can find more expensive rates, but to my budget this is my target and I am quite happy about them.
If you like the girl, you can ask her number, and try to contact her outside the saloon.
