Funny day today for me...
I've been working in HK for seven years... And I've been contributing more or less steadily on Sex141 the whole time. I'm the proverbial turtle, just inching my status along every month. Thanks to everyone's positive feedback to my last two reviews, I'm now an Erotic Emperor. So now I can finally read all of those "Reading Level 60" threads.
I also got approved for Permanent Residency and applied for my permanent Hong Kong ID card today. And I'm writing this note on my way out of Hong Kong, returning to Bangkok. I will retire next month and leave Hong Kong, more or less for good. I will have one more trip to HK next month, but then I plan on retiring permanently in Thailand. The permanent residency is really a back-up plan in case Thailand explodes.
