Just change the name of the wechat WG or punt contacts to Z or Y and they come at the bottom of the lost the. Make all those normal contacts favorites they show upon top of the contact list. Basically if you don't scroll down to the end there is like no risk of your spouse seeing it. Also make sure you turn of notifications for those special accounts also don't show their moments make use of the hide function. I have seen iPhones with 2 separate wechat apps. But I am quite sure it is a jail broken iPhone. YK 10 had 2 accounts.
