Super Taster
Most probably, I have been permanently banned from "polite" society events in England. I was a guest at a post dinner affair at Oxford last weekend. More than a dozen wines were served and an annoying young lady who was an MW (what does this stand for anyway: Merry Widow, Mistress of Wine, Master Whiner...) was going on and on about each wine and claiming what a super taster she was. During a lull in her full stream lecture, I butted in and asked: "Does your being a super taster mean that you remember the taste of every dick you have ever licked?" The ensuing silence was deafening and not a single woman spoke to me again the rest of the evening. Would I do this again? Hell, yes! | |
