	Yes, but how does the process work? I mean, the booking seems a bit intimidating to the first timer who doesn't speak any canto. Also, not too sure of the geography.  So if I hear some mumbled hotel name, I'm bound to get it wrong and end up somewhere else - with hilarious (for everyone else) consequences :-). Do they work by SMS? Also, what is the %age that the photo and description is accurate? I'm not on a strict budget so prefer a good safe experience over cost savings. Thanks guys.
