This question has been answered so many times before, but I'll try and say something original
The key is to get other bro's to notice you and give you maximum credit for for your reports.
New users do not have a lot of K to give, so you have to get the seniors to read and rate your reports. There's a lot of material for them to wade through, and they don't know you. You have to become known. Steps 1 - 4 help you build your reputation. 5 - 7 are about earning K
So: 7 Tips to getting increase Reading Access
1. Get a good reputation
It's not hard. People look at the author of posts, and remember who posts stuff worth reading, and who are the moron's.
Read people's reports or questions, stop and think about it for a while, and then write something intelligent. If it isn't fluff you will get a response.
2. Pick an avatar
The pic by your name is your online identity. People recognize it more than they do your name, and that is how they start noticing that your comments and posts are worth the read.
3. Help newbies
You're a newbie, you know the newbie pain, so when you see someone else experiencing it - offer some suggestions. New user's write in the 'introduce yourself' thread all the time. Answer them - you may make an online friend that will make your time here a lot more enjoyable. People will notice you are a nice guy, and will cut you some slack.
4. Give K / A
You might not be able to give a lot of K yet, but you can give A. When someone writes a good report, or makes an interesting comment, give them a rating. It will encourage them, and THEY WILL SEE YOUR NAME. When you write a report, THEY ARE MORE LIKELY TO READ IT.
5. Write reports that will be seen
All your participation above will not get you many credits, but they will drive eyeballs to your reports where you do earn the credits. Now you have write a report that will earn you the maximum K.
Bro's who have been here for a while often look for posts which are written by authors that they know that either write entertaining and interesting reports or post great pictures. Once you have developed a reputation like that, you get a lot of people reading your reports, just because they recognize your name and know that it will be good.

JackTheBat consistently gets more K than he knows what to do with because his stories are so damn interesting. Pop his name into search and read some of his reports. Here's a recent one to get you started

Some bro's get tons of K because they post pictures. I won't link here as you can't see the pics yet anyway, but you can load up some of DevilGodSpeed's reports and look at the quantity of pics that he posts and the rewards that he gets for them.

6. Write to be read (be kind to your readers)
A block of dense text just won't be read. You've done it yourself - you'll just skim and skip to the next report. You want people to STOP and THINK about what you've written. And then give you K. Some hints:
- Paragraphs - Take a look at a newspaper online, they put only one or two sentences in a paragraph as anything more looks too dense - especially when reading on a phone or tablet
- Formatting - I'm not using some dark art to make my text look different. Use the forum tools. It helps!
- Pictures - Nothing breaks up a long report like some pics - and they do help earn the K. Learn to resize them (try www.picresize.com), and how to embed them in your report.
7. Dont think about it
Obsessing about earning K causes you to write garbage comments to earn a lousy K here or there. It's often counter-productive, as it just annoys people. When you think about it there are titty pictures all over the internet and RA isn't THAT important. Think more about enjoying yourself and helping other users. The K's will just come.
