	Reply #2 jake.houston's post As a black American, I'm sure you dress in American style clothes, groom yourself in an American fashion, etc. on that basis, you won't have any issues.  From chatting with WG over the years, they often complain about South Asian (India, Bangladesh, Pakistan) and African because of grooming habits and bevarioral norms.   Hong Kong has residents and visitors from all over.  They've seen more than their fair share of black Americans around Hong Kong.  When the girls see you, they will spot you as American immediately and you won't have any issues.
