Herpes 1 & 2

The truth of the matter is that a huge percentage (well over half, if not more) of the worldwide population has Herpes of one or the other or both types.  Most don't even know it as there can be no outward signs or breakouts.  There are some very good articles written about Herpes, but the gist of the matter is that if you don't have outward signs, it is not a big deal.  If you have (or your partner) breakouts you can infect or be infected during a few day window when the virus is active.  (Actually the virus is active all the time but the infection risks are are much lower during non breakout periods).

Enough said, read some of the expert articles and get your own information, and don't worry!
