It is interesting that the HK Law doesn't specifically address the definition of buggery ... which means the courts would adopt the Common Law definition used in a precedent. But that is confounded by Cap 200 118M which abolishes the Common Law definition of buggery without giving a new definition of it.
and that means without further checking it's not clear if CIM is buggery or not in Hong Kong!
But it is (obviously) clear about anal sex with a girl under 21 (not 20) ... you have been warned
