seems to me 2000 incall is the same as 1600 plus hotel ...
Miss P is more of a known quantity (search is your friend) - what you do know is her rates are firm, and she is clearly able to ask them, so she must have repeat business from guys who like her (guys that is, because she doesn't charge the girls!!)
Your wechat contact is more of an unknown adventure, you have NO information about her or the quality of her service
so you can make up your mind,
no way anyone can advise you if a random girl is any good.
