If it is important for you to keep your punting activities secret from your spouse, you need separate names and accounts for those activities. The question of whether to have a separate punting phone is an interesting one. If you have one, then it can be found by your spouse. If you don't have one, then your regular phone may contain a record of your punting communications. Up to you to figure out which one is the better risk to take.
