I was thinking about the CAT 150 places, but I'm with you on looks being important, so the Fish Bowl places might be the way to go. Based on a TON of reading, I was thinking of starting at Lor 16 and walking up to Lor 20, I have a few houses that I've read are really good for caucasians (Ang mohs) - including 1606, 1654A (which seems to show up a lot in favorable lists) and house 1805. All three seem to get positive reviews, but all Cat 150 places. Since I have a nice one day on Sunday, I was thinking of heading down around 2PM and just giving it a whirl. I am NOT into Ladyboys - in fact, that is mostly keeping me from considering a trip to Orchard Towers! Again, thank you for taking the time to write this up!
