	I have used the V.V. in TST several times...including mornings at around 9:00am...open 24 hours.  Times they are busiest is actually lunch time...lol. If you're going to use an hourly hotel in TST I recommend Hotel Ginza.  It's cheaper and the facilities/decor is better than Villa Victoria.  Each room has a different decor and theme.  The shower area is better then V.V.   I now always call Ginza first...if they're full Villa Victoria is my back up.
