Most of the saunas have either a buffet or a menu from which you can order food and (non alcoholic) drinks at no cost. However, I would not call it haute cuisine. If you want something special to eat, go elsewhere. I'm not saying the sauna food is bad -- I've enjoyed it many times. But it's pretty basic, and I would say is prepared by a "cook" rather than a "chef".
I've had good food at the casino restaurants, and of course there are many independent restaurants in Macau that you can yelp.
My favorite place to have lunch: "The 8" restaurant at the Grand Lisboa hotel.
