Yes, most definitely... The Mong Kok brothels specializee in this service. See 8 Mongkok (search "8MK"), 311 Portland, "K Pressure" (Woosung Street), and 37 Dundas (search "37D")... I'm sure there are many more.
You will also occasionally find walk-ups advertising this same service. I remember visiting one such lady at 61-63 Pilkem Street, Jordan several years ago.
