This was a well written part of the story at the micro economic level...... top bottom approach...
There are the effects and causes to all phenomenons that happen especially in the economic arena.... you will never run away from the simplistic effect of the supply and demand theory. To put in layman's term .... when the music stops, we see no chair .... ..then we will see what will happen .....or better still ......the tap will stop running one day and... when that will be......
It is just like the triangular selling game , once you run out of suckers the whole platform will collapse.
Now , there is much talk of the predictions of not of assets' bubbles or prime assets' issues but .................... the outcome of shadow banking. For how long will the banking system is being sucked to properties and developments financing. How long will it covered up , and when will the domino tablets start to fall and how hard will it be and ............. who will the smarts investors start to ......
Never, never, China have it too good. The steroids will have to fade too and the side effects prop up sooner or later....
Will the Hong Kong demonstrations be the start of the domino theory or the South China Sea conflicts be the starting point.
Are the vice crackdowns in CP effective ? - and did it level off the supply and demand of the WGs ?
Looking through ancient History, a fall in civilization starts when the people have the things too good to redeem and what they went through. They become selfish, arrogant, unkind and hosts of negative human behavours.
Looks like China have all of these.......... or not enough yet ???? | |
