the rules governing public saunas are that the male and female must be in separate areas or roomsand this is specifically to prevent or decrease the likelihood of funny business going on
i don't know what catagory the manderin's spa facility falls under but this is interesting to know …
you say you are provided with a suit ~ as in a regular room of the hotel ? or a room that is part of the spa ?
edit, sorry i just re read what you wrote … you got a room in the hotel and the massuse are ordered up from the spa ?
if that is the case then definately its legal as you are a guest of the hotel and not the spa !
