this Changping - Huizhou R2 line, it has always been delaying.
in 2009, they say the light rail was supposed to be completed in mid-2012.
in 2012, they said delay to 2013.
in 2013, they say it will be postponed to 2014.
now it's 2014, so who knows when it will be ready.
nobody can say.
depending who you ask, you will have different replies.
if you ask local property agents in CP, they will tell you the line will be completed soon in just a few more months, and also tell you which new property is just right beside the new light rail station.
if you ask the taxi drivers, they will curse and swear and tell you the government is fucked up, the line will take another 2-3 years.
