It's Stage 4 Accelerated Scrotum Cancer.  Seen it before.  Only 10-20% survival rate beyond 6 months.  

No point going to a Doc now.  Just enjoy your remaining time.  RIP bro.

Man.. it could be nothing more than a hernia, or an internal injury that will heal.

I cant help but wonder if you are just trolling us with this one.  Couldnt imagine anyone NOT going to doctor.
