How do you know it is blood?  If your urine is just tinted with red, it could be something you ate.  Blood = wound = pain.

Go see a doctor.  If you are on the mainland for a while, the Chinese hospitals are fine.  I've been several times.  Or you can go to an expat hospital and pay 10x as much for the same tests.
