Thanks for asking. Here are the answers.
1) If you are able to identify each girl separately, one girl per thread would be great. There are guys who do multiple girls per thread. While it reads well, it makes searching harder for other guys later on. HOWEVER, if you are writing about a single place, and are not identifying the girls individually, one thread for all would be better.
2) Sorry, I can't help you with this one.
3) It's no problem to walk by, browse, or whatever, especially if you are looking for something/someone in particular. You can even knock on the door, and when the girl answers, if you don't like what you see, just say "sorry", and leave. This is not considered rude, as long as you are reasonably polite about it. Also, if the sign says "busy", better not to knock, because she's probably ... well ... "busy".
4) Actually, it's not difficult at all. Just use the search function on this web site, and you'll find reviews containing the name/contact info of girls who do what you want. The only guys who seem to find this kind of thing difficult are those who don't do their research. Often there is a fee schedule depending on what service you want. But often, if a girl doesn't do that particular service, no amount of bribing will help (well, maybe ridiculous bribing, but generally true).
5) Be yourself, but respect others who are being themselves. If they don't want to talk, let them be. If they want to chat, then chat quietly (don't disturb others). Most guys seem to find it very difficult to talk to other guys in this situation, so if that's what you are noticing, I'd say it's pretty normal.
