Some of them have been around a long time and have a crew of standard clients they get regular business from. Some of those clients know them, and know that they can get exactly what they want from them. Some people will visit the same 141 girl for years, because they find a rapport with someone. Those 141 rooms aren't free. When they aren't getting enough business to make it worthwhile, they will leave of their own accord. There is no reason to worry about them.
Of course, if you are feeling bad, then try a couple of the older, uglier ones. You may find that in the dark all cats are grey - as the saying goes.
