I agree with Kaleu, get a China sim card. You can get internet access on China Moblie. The cost is around:
5 rmb for 30 MB for 30 days
10 rmb for something like 100 Mb、
20 rmb for 300MB
30 rmb I forgot the rest for how many MB.
People should be more concerned with personal data being stolen from places using their free Wi Fi than viruses.
