its not my intention trying to make you any wiser but you need to know that in HK the majority of users over the age of 40 under the government methadone treatment plan are on the plan because they cant afford to buy H and they tend to drift between using H and M depending their affordability at that time ! and one more thing to make you a bit more wiser ... in TW most of the 141 rooms are not rented out to the girls, the girls work in those rooms for the landlord ... the landlord do their share protecting the girls and if and when these drug addicts roam their floors the girls loose business because other punters avoid going there ... when it happens the girls calls for help and someone comes around to rid them ...
