Most KTV's opening March 1st in dongguan region
Hi Guys,
New here but I've just talked to two different Mamma's and they've got the green light to re open on March 1st.
They've said this is going to be for most In Hotel KTV's and also the local bars and night clubs.
Some of the bigger nightclubs have already opened after paying a licensing fee 
Hope this information helps as I know some of my close friends have now had nothing to do for 2 weeks
