You are correct. The article gave a consevative estimate of 10% (one-tenth of the local economy) analysts said but figure could be even higher.
I heard rumors that many of the hotels in CP were only 25% to 30% full for last week. Weekend should be better but they don't know yet since
the weekend has not ended.
