my fave WC eating place was Heat... a few doors down from the White Stag. Heat served delicious thai food but in Tapas style/size servings enabling you to sample lots of different dishes over some cleansing ales... loved the food in that place, sadly it's gone. My 100% favourite restaurant in HK though is Jimmy's Kitchen - TST and Central.
If you're in WC and don't mind travelling to Causeway Bay, check out Times Square. Several floors of great eateries, local, Japanese, Thai, almost anything you want. A wide variety of pricing to suit most budgets. | |
