If you're based in SZ, then I think that its better to punt in SZ based on cost/value.
If you're based in HK, then I wouldn't say that there is a better place... I would do both depending on the cirumstances.
In this case, take into account time as well.
Punting in HK is good because of its convenience. Its easier to just disappear for one hour and then reappear. But its tough to do the real GFE things like going out and chilling, drinking or whatever because you may bump into ppl you know.
SZ on the other hand allows for the going out etc... but travel time of 100 minutes return + 2 hours if sauna or a night if GFE with a girl, means its tough to do if you can't just leave HK whenever you want.
