If you're talking about the veggie massage services advertising on the 141 DB, then you can safely assume that they offer sexual service, typically a HJ, but could be more. The reason they must say they are "non sexual service" is because they are licenced as legit massage places.
Away from the 141 DB, true non-sexual massages can be expensive or cheap, depending on the venue. | |
