I copied and pasted it the relevant parts... here it is:

Unlike most punting areas, the MTR does not reach TKW.
If you don’t want to think, then your best shot is just taking a taxi from Jordan, YMT or MK MTR.
If you want to be cheaper, then there are actually many buses running through the area.

For buses running along Ma Tau Wai Rd towards Kwun Tong (RED arrow 1 on map)
From HK Island Sheung Wan to Wan Chai/edge of CWB you can take 101/111.
From TST/TST East buses 5, 14, 26, 28 and probably a lot more.

For buses running along Ma Tau Wai Rd towards TST (RED arrow 2 on map)
From Kwun Tong, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon Bay buses 5, 14, 101, 111.

For buses running along To Kwa Wan Rd towards Hung Hom (RED arrow 3 on map)
From Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon Bay via old Airport tunnel buses 28, 297.
