About Blue Bar in The Shangri la, i don't know. But here is a little story that happened to me.
I was sitting in the lobby, i like to sit not far from the lift for 15mn sometimes an look.
About 4 years ago i was sitting there and i so 2 russian girls (1 of them model type) walking very fast to the lift! I thought they were escorts going to meet someone in a room. I sait shirt, lucky guy, he picked the good ones. About 20 mn later i saw them runing out! Surprise! The guy was so fast!

So presume that they come there sometimes...
To continue my story, i stayed 3 nights with that girl, Alexandra from Vladivostok.
