	311 and 373 Portland special rates? I've read a few reports of 373 and 311 Portland street offering special rates early in the day.  I can't find them now but I've read at least two mention 373 before 11am or so charges 300HKD compared to the normal price of 390HKD. Just wondering if this is still the case these days and if so, is it freely offered or do I have to ask for the discounted price? Another thing, does the cheaper price mean the girl is more likely to rush you or perform poorly, will the shorten the total duration of the punt?
