Just take the local meter taxi from the ferry terminal/airport.
Just remember many drivers might not understand English very well or some may pretend not to so once you arrive at the ferry terminal take the local map (free) and show the taxi guy where you wanna go. That should help.
If you are staying overnight use the free shuttle provided by most hotels from Ferry/Airport to the hotel. Hotel's like Galaxy also provide shuttle service from hotel to various other hotels/parts of Macau.
