if you are in HK on a Friday or Saturday night then Hari's will probably give you what you are looking for. If not then around midnight it is only a 10 - 15 mins cab ride to Wan Chai anyway.

Neptune 2 is closed at the moment, lots of alternatives with Escape, Joe Banana's, J-Forrest, Makati being good options.

You should have little trouble having something nice back in your room by 1:30am which gives you ample time for fun before your return to airport. Nothing near airport of interest so you are doing the right thing heading into town.
