There is a HK section but the number of girls is limited. On my first trip to HK last year I used it to meet a girl. She was a total civilian so I didn't write a report as I was too new and honestly wasn't looking to get beat down by any of our long term bros for reporting something incorrectly.
But WYP has women from all over the world on it. After a recent report on Colombia on here I have been using it to make some connections down there before I venture down.
I don't know if it is worth it in HK, because it is such a buyer's market. After hitting Wan Chai my first time, I never went to WHO again while I was in HK.
