Let me preface by reminding that you are negotiating directly with the girl, not with the sauna. So it's whatever you and she can arrange.
I've had thigh girls happily come up to my room to provide same service for HK$300, and I believe they would have been just as happy at HK$200. Remember, they only get about $30 per "service" in the sauna.
I've also had thigh and line-up girls come up for full service for $500, but the closer you get to $1000, the happier they are.
For overnight, you will be her hero at $1500. Line-up girls might get $450 per boom-boom in the sauna (the same boom-boom that the sauna charges you $1500 to $2500 for), so use that as a guide.
On several occasions, either she or I have asked about coming back to the room, without ever discussing money. Upon arrival in the room, money still not discussed. Sex and overnight - still no discussion of money. I just discreetly leave money under her purse or by her clothes where she can't miss it. By the time she leaves, the money has disappeared. Money never discussed. To me, this is the best way.
Final thought: For most of us, we earn a lot more than these girls, and they live a much more modest life than us. Even those of them who make a lot of money in the saunas (only the line-up girls, and even then, only the popular ones) send a lot of it home to their families. So my approach is to be both kind and generous with the girls. They particularly appreciate little "nothing" gifts that nobody ever gives them. I find that ornamental soaps go over well. Stuff that makes her feel like a girl, not a roving vagina. I'm not dissing people who are different, just saying that's my approach and I find it brings me good results. But don't fall in love, and don't try to rescue anyone
