absolutely not. we civilized people tend to feel sorry but what I say is "I will take a look around first", smile, and thank them and leave they take no offense. (they are used to it).
However I find it insulting to watch some Chinese guys just blatantly look at the girl and leave with no words. Some even wave their hands to say "go away". I hate those guys | |
