sounds pretty clear to me
IF you're so bored and / or desperate to give her a go, make sure you have
a backup plan in case you need to bail, and do something else during your evening in macao
meet her first in a neutral place
have a plan for how you will test her out to see if she's going to follow your lead
take her to your place first, not to hers, and
avoid any dark alleys or unfamiliar bars
