	Reply #1 San88's post when I was younger I grew a beard - it worked a treat - overnight people treated me with more respect, both guys and gals I also know a guy who used to put powder in his hair to make it look grey ... in order to get more work as a consultant sorry pal, your looks will work against you for ten years or so BUT - the good news when you are 45+ you will have your REVENGE!!!!
