To my experience the *no sexual service* places are unlikely to provide FS, but most of the times will offer HJ and some nudity for an extra. Differently from other places though, this is entirely at the discretion of the masseuse.
Usually here skills are better and you may feel you have well spent the money even if she is not good at the extras. I prefer these places when I want to relax and have a good massage.
