	Neptune 2 change to Hong Kong Cafe Hi Everyvbody, I heard that Neptune 2 will reopen in March but they just changed the sign Neptune 2 to Hong Kong Cafe? Do you think they only changed the name but keep the concept or no more parties with chicks? From the time Neptune 2 closed the Wan Chai scene changed a lot. I hope nothing will change. Good punt to everybody this weekend. BLC
