I quite sure the location, rates have not changed and the WGs working in Hou Va may vary from time to time like other saunas.
Hope these photos i took during my last visit last Sept 2012 help.
Btw, never tell the mamasan you took taxi to reach Hou Va as she may present a different price list to you compared to just saying you reach the place by foot.
