Got to chime-in here, to maybe clear up some confusion. I am 99% certain there aren't ANY "brothels" anywhere in London, especially around Leicester Square and Soho (which are literally across the street from each other). This is super central London, and ground zero for tourists. What you *will* find in the area are a few "model flats", particularly in Soho. These are basically like 141 walk-ups, where there are random girls renting rooms/flats and you can just drop in, ring the bell, have a look and get your jollies if you like what you see. Look for open doors with handwritten signs saying "model upstairs" or similar. Soho is very cleaned up these days though, so you will have to hunt around for them, there haven't been many the past few times I've been to London (I go 1-2x per year on business).
In Chinatown/Leicester Square there may be an odd walk-up or two, but I have never seen any in Chinatown proper (which is only a few blocks, BTW, most pathetic "Chinatown" on the planet IMO). What Chinatown does have is health spas and massage places, where the massage tables are in the front room and clearly visible from the street by passersby. They offer legit massages, but most/some of these places will offer additional services, and I have seen very cute young Azn girls in miniskirts going in and out of the back rooms of some, so you know something is on offer. Whether or not it will be full service? I'd say unlikely, but anything is possible. I also think it's unlikely to be Chinese-only in this neighborhood, but you will probably have an easier time if you do speak Cantonese or Mandarin.
Incidentally London is my favorite mongering destination, but it's very expensive. There is a fantastic and reliable outcall scene, with anything available from Thais to S. Americans, E. Europeans, and even posh English girls. However it's not cheap - prices generally start at 200 GBP (many of the same girls offer incall for 150 GBP).
Another great option (but requires some research and a bit of knowledge on the "lay of the land") is the adultwork website. It's basically a classifieds site for sex work (and camming, etc). But you have to sift through a lot of ads and pay careful attention to ratings to make sure you don't end up with a dud. Prices tend to be a bit cheaper than outcall agencies (but not a lot cheaper - after all London is one of the most expensive cities in the world). I've found some real gems in London via adultwork, and always check it in the weeks prior to a trip.
