Sounds frustrating!
I haven't tried HG's overnight since June 2012 but to my knowledge, its still 3x normal price.
As for PA's I would assume the same (that it should be 3x normal price)
Noticed on your 4th call you said PPS spoke Cantonese.
Do you speak Cantonese? And if so, why not use it to start with on your previous calls?
It would probably make things easier. | |
